Situated on the site of the old Duffy Family Bakery, close to the banks of the Moy River in Ballina, is this boutique whiskey distillery.
It is the first working distillery to open in Mayo in over 100 years. It was founded in 2014 by four men, three American and one Irish, who shared the dream of bringing single malt still whiskey back to the West of Ireland.
The distillery offers tastings of whiskey, gin, vodka and poitin, all of which are produced and bottled locally. Tours are available which include tastings.
